Introduction to SQL for MySQL
Course Description ( MSQ-69: a 2 day course )
This introduction to SQL training course is specifically for MySQL database developers or users who need to to be competent extracting data from, and updating data in, MySQL relational databases. The course is highly practical in nature and the focus throughout is on coding SQL (with MySQL variances) by hand. On completion, a comprehensive set of course notes, examples, tutor and attendee scripts are provided on a free USB pen drive to take away.
Suggested Prerequisites
No prior SQL, MySQL or relational database experience is assumed. However, while the course is for those with little or no experience of working with SQL or MySQL, it is a course for IT Professionals.

- For courses at your venue, included in the price, we supply ThinkPad laptops (one per attendee) already setup for the course.
- You may choose the dates to suit your organisation.

- The price for 2 to 8 attendees is £995.00 + vat per day (the total price per day).
- This is a 2 day course.
- The total charge for 2 to 8 attendees on the course is therefore: £1990.00 + vat.
- For 8 attendees, the total 'per attendee' price would be around: £249.00 + vat.
1-to-1 Pricing
- The special one-to-one price for this course is £895.00 + vat per day.
- This is a 2 day course.
- The total one-to-one charge for the course is therefore: £1790.00 + vat.
On Site Requirements
Remember, we provide all equipment and software required to deliver a course at your premises. Aside from this, we need a suitably quiet and equipped room with enough work space for each attendee and a whiteboard or flipchart. Most courses involve the use of a PC projector and we bring our own. But either a projector screen, or usually just a clear wall, would be very helpful.
