Course Times

Courses start at 9.30am and continue until 4.30pm with an hour for lunch (usually between 1.00pm and 2.00pm). We have a 15 minute break for refreshments during both the morning and afternoon sessions.

Lunch

For courses delivered at our premises, we normally provide a buffet lunch.

Refreshments

For on-site courses, we ask you to provide tea, coffee etc for the morning and afternoon breaks. At our premises, we provide tea, coffee, cold drinks, biscuits and fruit. Refreshments are available on arrival.

Joining Instructions

For courses delivered at our premises, we provide joining instructions (how to find us etc) when we send you formal confirmation. Refreshments are available from 9.15 onwards. You can arrive any time after 9.00am. Arrival before 9.15am may involve a short wait. For on-site courses, the instructor will arrive around 30 minutes before the start of the course.

General On-Site Requirements

Remember, we provide all equipment and software required to deliver the course at your premises. Aside from this, we will need a suitably quiet and equipped room with enough work space for each attendee and a whiteboard or flipchart. Most courses involve the use of a PC projector and we bring our own. But either a projector screen, or usually just a clear wall, would be very helpful.
